▶Keep moving while waiting

Trying to swing right after sitting down and standing up, the muscle and spine lacks time to adapt which causes pain. It is recommended to stretch one’s body or move one’s waist while waiting instead of sitting down while waiting.
▶Regain balance with ending exercise after practice.
Since golf is a unilateral sport, it is easy to lose left and right balance. Therefore, it is necessary to loosen the muscle and body frame with ending exercise for 10 minutes after practice. Golfers engaging in heavy swinging exercise should regularly engage in programs such as golf pilates which helps regaining body balance.
